Drawing on the extensive experience and professional expertise accumulated over many years of condominium development and management within MIRARTH Holdings in Japan, we deliver optimal management services—from day-to-day operations and regular maintenance to comprehensive support for the Management Board in all governance activities.

At the headquarters of Leben Community in Japan, our management foundation is built on the philosophy of Total Quality Management. The company has established a system dedicated to continuously improving and enhancing internal service quality, and in 2008, obtained ISO 9001 certification for all operations. In addition, the SQMS® (Service Quality Management System)—a service quality management framework developed based on ISO standards—is fully implemented across the organization.

At Leben Community Vietnam, we inherit this Japanese quality management philosophy and apply it to all aspects of our condominium management services in Vietnam.

Resident Community-Building Support

We support the Management Board in organizing Board meetings and Condominium General Assemblies, while also facilitating community-building through events, festivals, and resident engagement activities.
