We are pleased to introduce Leben Community Vietnam.

The company was established in Vietnam in December 2019 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Leben Community Co., Ltd. (Tokyo) — a member of MIRARTH Holdings Co., Ltd. (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange — Prime Market) with operations across Japan. When the “THE MINATO RESIDENCE” project in Hai Phong — developed by Takara Leben, another group subsidiary — was completed, we commenced condominium management services in Vietnam. This project is also the first overseas assignment in which we have applied our full range of Japanese experience and standards.

Leben Community is a comprehensive real-estate management company with a 40-year history in Japan. We regard condominium management as a service industry and adopt the following quality philosophy: “Together with stakeholders, we strive to achieve comfortable and healthy lives for residents, a better and more sustainable living environment, and long-lasting valuable assets.”
To realize this vision, we developed SQMS — our proprietary Service Quality Management System — built on the ISO 9001 quality management framework, which has been operated reliably for many years in Japan.

In Vietnam — a country that has experienced strong development in recent years — our goal is to contribute to raising the quality of living environments and asset values, while supporting the professional advancement of the condominium management sector.
Together with stakeholders, we aim to become a company with a distinct identity that blends the positive cultural values of Japan with deep understanding of the Vietnamese market, delivering services that bring practical benefits to both sides.
